The Help Desk class got a great opportunity to take an all day filed trip into Boston to visit LogMeIn and to learn more about what they do. LogMeIn is the most-reliable remote access and support solutions for the modern business. Many businesses use LogMeIn to protect their devices from virus and hackers. We got to experience what they do on a regular day and ask many questions. The main take-away from this is that cyber-security is a job field that needs more workers as a country becomes more and more technical.
